These experiences always color what she hears, sees and thinks — and more importantly, what she believes to be true. Her beliefs shape every resulting action and you're there to help her tune into the truth.
So, what do you do when your group learner is building air castles?

Think of perception as a direct line to your learner's beliefs - the internal place and space from which she operates.
